INGREDIENTS [berry]

2 quantities Sweet Pizza Dough
8 oz mascarpone cheese
13 oz assorted berries: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.

DIRECTIONS [berry]

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Roll out the dough into a 12 inch circle. Place on a buttered 12 inch pizza pan. Crimp the edges and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden. Cool and transfer to a serving platter. Spread the mascarpone over the base. Top with the berries and serve.
